MODS Management offer a comprehensive inspection, testing and commissioning system developed in accordance with existing customs and practices, but with technology driven applications. The processes deliver a totally integrated system that attaches pre-defined inspection, test and commissioning records to model items to deliver accountable integrity with the maximum efficiency.

To provide the greatest flexibility to the build contractor, suppliers, or changes to commissioning priorities, Virtual Manager™allows you to inspect by model item and report by system or any pre-defined operational or equipment commissioning part system using the unique Model Item Reference™search options and the web based SQL application.
To compliment the completions system Virtual Mangers work control application interacts with inspection and commissioning records to provide a complete solution to planning, resourcing, and budget control.

The inspection and test records sign off can be completed on site either by using a tablet PC, or scanning the completed records into the data base. The information is then used to update the system and provide real time status reporting.
Virtual Manager™ has an in-built approvals and acceptance hierarchy which is set by the commissioning lead and secured by a user name and password.
