Real Time Project Tracking - Evidence based status reporting in real time

Modern facilities generate tens of thousands of activities, in numerous locations, making it impossible for traditional planning systems to track progress efficiently. The standard structure and processing power Virtual Manager™ delivers allows you to track progress from any location and in real time.

Evidence based project tracking is linked to the systems completion and inspections application and is a mainly automated process. As the inspection and commissioning records are signed off, the model is updated to provide status reports by colour coding the model graphics or in a digital format from the web browser. The web reports can be accessed without logging on to Virtual Manager™ and are available from any location where there is internet access.

Item tracking is an option controlled by the interface between the Model Item Reference™and the project plan. The model item breakdown structure offers a reporting function that allows site personnel to select relevant items in a particular time frame and record the completion on a tablet PC, or alternatively, scan in a bar coded progress tracking card that updates the system automatically. As with the evidence based reporting, status is presented as colour coded graphics or online digital reports.
